• You may maintain only one account per individual

Service Description

Sky Avia Stage is a free social gaming platform offering:

• Casino-style games for entertainment only
• Social features such as chat and friends lists
• Virtual currency (“Coins”) with no cash value

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you’ll need to create an account and provide:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Accurate and complete information

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts (“multi-accounting”)
• Using bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Hacking, exploiting, or reverse-engineering the Service
• Harassing users or posting offensive content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

3. Virtual Currency & Items

Nature of Virtual Currency

• Has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash
• Is licensed for use only within the Service
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases of virtual currency are final unless required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed for:

• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
• Technical issues that prevent delivery of purchased items

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share, but grant us a worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your content within the Service
• Modify or adapt content for technical reasons
• Analyze user-generated content to improve the Service

5. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is suspected
• We are required to do so by law

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Avia Stage is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, virtual items, or account access
• Content or conduct of third parties

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of India applicable therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
