Important Notice: Sky Avia Stage is a free-to-play social gaming platform. Any purchases of virtual currency (the “Coins”) or virtual items are generally non-refundable, as these are digital goods without real-world cash value.
1. General Terms
Except where required by applicable law, all sales of virtual currency and items are final. By completing a purchase, you agree that:
- Virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Access to purchased content is granted immediately after payment
- The transaction is considered complete once purchase confirmation is issued
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may review refund requests only in limited cases:
Technical Delivery Issues
If your Coins or items were not delivered due to a system error:
- Notify us within 14 days of the transaction
- Include your transaction ID and relevant details
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and verification
Unauthorized Purchases
If you suspect activity on your account without permission:
- Report it to us immediately
- Provide information about the suspected transaction(s)
- Cooperate with our review process
- Identity verification may be required
Fraud Prevention: Knowingly filing false claims about unauthorized purchases may result in account termination and potential legal action.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please follow these steps to submit a request:
- Email support@skyaviastage.com with the subject “Refund Request”
- Provide:
- Your account username and registered email
- Transaction ID and purchase date
- A clear description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages)
- You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours
- Most reviews are completed within 5–7 business days
- We’ll notify you by email once a decision is made
4. If a Refund Is Approved
For approved cases:
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval
- Taxes or third-party processing fees may be excluded
- Related virtual items will be removed from your account
5. Provincial Consumer Rights (INDIA)
Residents may have additional protections under provincial consumer laws:
Ontario
The Consumer Protection Act may grant cancellation rights for certain digital purchases.
Quebec
The Consumer Protection Act includes provisions for distance contracts.
British Columbia
